It seems that the proverbial stars from “heaven” go down to earth just to meet the Pinoy boxing superstar. Just recently, the international action superstar Jean-Claude Van Damme give the seven -time world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao got a surprise visit during his training at the Wild Card Gym in California.

The Universal Soldier star dropped by at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles where the pound-for-pound king is currently undergoing training for his upcoming Pacquiao vs Clottey fight, to pay his respects to the Filipino boxer who is preparing for his March 13 fight against Joshua Clottey.

According to PhilBoxing.com contributor Ed de la Vega ‚ÄúVan Damme was escorted to the ringside and introduced to Freddie Roach and Pacquiao by security chief, Rob Peters.‚Äù Pacquiao invited the Van Damme to Texas to see the former’s fight with Clottey.

Few days ago, the legendary action star Stevan Seagal visit Manny Pacquiao on his home to expressed interest in shooting a movie with him.

“We had a great time together. The time just flew by,” said Pacquiao after getting to meet Seagal.

“We discussed the possibility of working together in movies and making joint concert appearances,” he added.

Mark Wahlberg, another action star, has also visited the Filipino boxer at the Wild Card Gym.
