With the glaring eyes of Angel Locsin set on the famed and most sought after Azkal player, it is more likely to assume that the actress is really in love with Phil Younhusband. Much more when she was caught in the previous match between the Philippine Azkals and Sri Lanka Brave Reds. Angel was said to be there to give Phil a heart warming support which is also effective as Phil scored two goals out of four.
However, on this very issue, Angel’s former boyfriend is still after her and according to her, still “winning” her out.
“Dear ex, stop texting, stalking & fighting me if you’re over na. Pinrotektahan kita pero pag di ka tumigil magsasalita na ko sa pinanggagagawa mo. Respeto pls.” Angel said in her twitter account.
Many were intrigued about her post and everybody is asking who is that “ex” she is referring to.
The public was now referring it to Luis Manzano who was the most famous boyfriend linked to her.
Luis, defending his side, also posted a response in his twitter account.
“With the harsh words i said earlier, im sorry, hope we let bygones be bygones, we have moved on but sorry sa sinabi ko kanina.”
Last Sunday, July 3, Luis refused to answer several questions thrown to him and didn’t give any explanations about this so called “misunderstanding”.
Angel Locsin is now exclusively dating Phil Younghusband which everybody assumed before that this was the end of her attachment to Luis. Luis on the other hand is now connected and linked with GMA’s talent Jennylyn Mercado.

Before the taping of PGT in Ynares Center, Luis was caught and was asked with few questions regarding Andrie Felix’s awareness of his relationahip to Jennylyn Mercado. As remembered, Jen broke up with Drei and the rumors that rounds the showbiz circle at present is the special attachment between her and Luis.
“Drei is a good person. Sabi ko nga, I’m very touched kase he has nothing but kind words sa akin,” Luis said referring to Andrei.
Andrie, according to Luis is his friend and he knows him well because they both served as VJ in MYX at Studio 23 before.
In an interview, Andrei sais that Luis is such a nice person and he is the one who gave him advice when they are still seeing each other in the studio. He further said that he and Jennylyn, even after their separation, were still good friends.
“I’m very, very touched na he said kind words kase nga nagkasama na kami sa MYX dati,” Luis said felling Andrei’s sincerity.
With the simple interview the actor has dodged, the conversation later went to Toni Gonzaga as the host/ comedian is the center of intrigued and is blamed by common friends of John Pratts and Rachel Ann Go alleging she is the one who revealed their separation even before the two went into public.
“Siguro yung kay Toni, hindi naman iyun talaga ang intention nya. Because I know Toni Gonzaga naman, Toni knows how to keep secrets. Siguro nagkataon lang na siguro slip of the tongue or basta malinis naman ang intention nya (as a host),” Luis expressing his sympathy and supporting his friend Toni.
In the issue about Luis’s ousted by Angel Locsin’s fans voting for Mo Twister as the Best Male Host in the Yahoo! OMG! Award, the host expressed his opinion;
I don’t see any point of them na magsama-sama to vote against me. Nagkataon na they believe na Mo deserves it, and you know it’s their vote. I don’t see any reason why dapat magvote sila against me. Hindi sila ganoon.”

Famous celebrity kid Luis Manzano finally confirmed the rumour that she and Jennylyn Mercado are currently dating. He admitted the circulating rumor through a simple statement. “We are definitely dating,” he said.
The spark between the two started when they began to have martial arts training together. Both are fond of the sport making it easier for them to get closer and develop a strong bond. The actor also confirmed that he had been a fan of Jennylyn’s beauty ever since.
“Rarely [kami nag-uusap]. Kung text man, something to do with trabaho. ‘Yon lang, isang tanong, isang sagot. Ganoon lang. Everything started when we started training together ng muay thai and jiu jitsu. Kahit nasa kabila pa lang si Jenn, I’ve always been a fan of her beauty. Kahit noong nakita ko siya sa Legazpi hosting a pageant, sabi ko sa kasama ko ang ganda niya,” he said.
When asked about his stand on Jennylyn being a single mom, Luis came to her defences. Luis stated that he is not the one to judge her knowing that he had also been raised by a single mom, the legendary actress Vilma Santos.
“I don’t take it as a bad thing. Definitely any child is a blessing sa mga buhay buhay. And for some na nababasa ko na napaka-negative na tao na ini-insinuate na napakasama na maging ina at her age at mahirap makipagrelasyon sa may anak na, ang masasabi ko lang sa ganoon eh ‘di sana para na ring hinusgahan ang mommy ko. Dahil noong pumasok si Tito Ralph sa buhay ni mommy, my mom had me,” he said.
Jennylyn, on the other hand, was overwhelmed by Luis’s act of gallantry in coming to her defences. She stated that Luis is so sweet in being able to declare his admiration for her on TV. She also admitted that she felt special because of Luis’ action.
‚ÄúLuis is what you really call a true gentleman. Kahit sinong babae napakaswerte na maging kaibigan siya. Kasi lahat ng gusto ng babae meron siya. Gwapo, matangkad, edukado, ganda ng katawan (naks!) good sense of humor, intelligent, and most of all, he knows how to treat a lady,” she added.
She also has a special message to Luis whom she claimed to have brought a smile to her face.
