Piolo Pascual remains ‘exclusively’ Kapamilya
After the rumors that the hunky actor is ready for a big career move and jump into Kapuso (GMA7), ABS-CBN execs confirm that Piolo will remain “exclusively” Kapamilya. For few weeks’ rumors says that Pascual might go freelance or move to GMA-7 because he has not been doing any projects with ABS-CBN.
Head of ABS-CBN Corporate Communications, Bong Osorio, said in a statement sent to that many projects are lined up for Piolo and he remains an exclusive artist of ABS-CBN.
“Piolo Pascual is happy as an exclusive contract artist of ABS-CBN. Star Magic is amused with stories of Piolo sending feelers to rival networks. He has a full line up of television projects with ABS-CBN and any movement is currently out of the question,” Osorio said.
Pascual is currently co-hosting ABS-CBN’s weekly variety show “ASAP XV.” He is set to do a movie with child star Zaijan Jaranilla or more popularly known as Santino of hit television series “May Bukas Pa” and star in another television series.
Piolo was allegedly seen having meeting with a top executive of GMA-7 network. A report even said that Pascual’s alleged decision to transfer has something to do with singer-actor Mark Bautista, who recently transferred to GMA-7 and now a certified Kapuso. Mark is one of Piolo‚Äôs close friends.
well, sana nga totoo na maraming naka-line up na trabaho (teleserye at movie) kay PJ, dahil konti lang ang naging exposures nya this past 2 yrs, at yung magagandang teleserye at movie ay kung kanino lang ibinigay yung iba, PJ is one of the greatest aktor in his generation, sana makita naman to ng abs cbn, hoping to see him sa isang teleserye at movie na may magandang story at challenging role.

kahit di natin nakikita si PJ sa big screen, o sa tv except sa ASAP XV, maramimg shows si PJ here and abroad. impossibleng walang exposures si Piolo for the past 2 years coz ginawa niya ang teleseryeng LOBO last 2008 with AL and of course yung movie niya with her last year. then may Lovers in Paris siya last year. maramimg shows na naka line-up for him at this year. A teleserye and a movie… nangangarap ng gising ang GMA-7. at namimili siya ng projects na babagay talaga sa kanya, yung sa tingin niya ay quality para sa viewers. di naman kase madamot si pidyong eh, according to him, bigyan ng chance yung mga bagong artista dahil according to him, di na siya bumabata at may point naman siya. masaya siya sa Kapamilya network. alam nating lahat na magaling na aktor si PJ, di na niya kailangan patunayan yan, dahil napatunayan na niya noon pa sa galing niya…kaya wait na lang tayo sa mga projects niya this year.. I think may movie siya with KC this year.. Let us hope tuloy-tuloy na talaga yung movie project nilang dalawa…:):):)
