He will do anything to get money from you. Do your best to contact a Filipino lawyer or a top guy in the government at once when a PNP guy extorts money from you. Wherever you are, even in a remote area in the Philippines, try your best not to go near a policeman! I warn you, never ever approach any policeman! This country is very corrupt.
